Workshop Koken met de Professor

Professor Christophe Matthys (UZ Leuven) presents his idea of a healthy and feasible Belgian diet during the DOCVILLE festival. Get rid of all the hipster diets, super foods and gluten free products and meals: what must or mustn't we and our children eat from a scientific point of view?

Prof. Matthys (also a father) takes into account feasibility and taste, and is himself a big fan of 'emergency dishes'. These dishes are tasty meals you can conjure up in only 15 minutes. Along with chef Manual Vanden Eynde, and especially for DOCVILLE, prof. Matthys will put together a number of healthy, affordable and achievable dishes that can be prepared by the participants of the cooking workshop at CVO/VTI Leuven.
