In 2010 computer hackers launched Stuxnet, a computer virus spreading through malware and so powerful not one computer was able to counter it. The virus launch was part of a true cyber war involving the United States, Britain, Israel and Iran. The computer worm was commissioned by the US and Israeli government with the intent of sabotaging Iran's nuclear program. But it got out of control and spread to numerable computers worldwide.
