Expeditie Exoplaneet 2.0

Besides the eight planets in the solar system, there are thousands of planets orbiting around other stars, called exoplanets. In this children's lecture, we will visit some exoplanets where researchers have discovered something crazy.

For example 55 Cancri e, an Earth-like exoplanet where the surface is made entirely of lava; WASP-107b, a “cotton candy” planet where it rains sand; or Kepler-16b, an exoplanet orbiting around two stars at once. Join us during this lecture on a space journey and discover the wonderful world of exoplanets.
