In between the port of Antwerp and a nuclear power plant lies a small town called Doel. For decades, it has been an inconvenience that stood in the way of the port’s expansion plans. But time has come for it to finally make way. As Doel dies a slow death, the original inhabitants try to keep the illusion of a normal life going.
