A no limits look behind the closed doors of operation wards, consultation rooms and meeting rooms of the surgical department in a Polish hospital. The film tracks the specialists during their tough medical decisions, their interaction, and their struggle against economic problems. Thankfully there is time for a few jokes and anecdotes in between. Despite their knowledge and experience, even these specialists face surprises on a daily basis.
