Previous Wildcard­winner Steve Thielemans met the charismatic Mamebou for the first time when he was only thirteen. He is no stranger to the police and his home situation is anything but stable, but Mamebou has high expectations for the future. Today, Mamebou is a seventeen-year-old high school dropout and has no idea where his life is going. Drugs, poverty and a negative self image make it very difficult for him to regain control.
