Deep in the forests of Piedmont, Italy, a group of brave men in their seventies hunt for the rare white truffle, which can only be found in the wild. Along with their dogs they live in a unique world and at a different pace. This visually stunning gem premiered at Sundance and was selected for Cannes.
The screening on 28.09 will be followed by a Truffle Tasting. Gianfranco Avantaggiato, chef at the Italian restaurant Castello Lucano, has been known for his truffle dishes for many years.
