Thirty years after Koyaanisqatsi (1982) Godfrey Reggio once again uses the musical skills of composer Philip Glass, and once more he confirms his reputation for stunning time-lapse and slow-motion cinema. Visitors literally zooms in on the glassy gaze of video gamers. This film can best be described as a heartfelt meditation on human trance-like obsession with technology.
