The North of Iceland is home to the world's only penis museum. The curator and founder of this Phallic Museum, Sigurdur Hjartarson, has collected everything: from a tiny hamster penis to a giant whale penis. But one imporant item is missing: a human penis. After a long quest, two candidates volunteer. An elderly Icelandic player and a slightly younger American who calls his member 'Elmo'. The beginning of a divinely absurd but very human struggle for recognition and fame, documented with much respect and sincere amazement by two directors who are just starting out.
