49% Motherfucker, 51% Son of a Bitch is the subtitle of this standout portrait of the ultimate rock’n’ roll icon. Ian Lemmy Kilmister, the legendary singer of heavy metal band Motörhead, is known for his decibels, raw voice, impressive moustache and excessive drinking. Lemmy is the personification of the outlaw rocker: age, the spirit of the times, fads and a steady diet of cigarettes and whisky – nothing seems to slow him down. This film combines old footage with new material – Lemmy is constantly on the road – and contains interview with fellow musicians like Alice Cooper, Slash, Ozzy Osbourne, Metallica, Henry Rollins and Dave Grohl.
