Fattah (16), Saleh (12) and Mamadou (18) are three of thousands of unaccompanied minors pursuing their dream of a better future in Europe. Their touching stories reveal all stages of the migration cycle: from the unrealistic expectations, over life in an institution, until the end stops of illegality or a return home. The sincere and sometimes witty record of their daily lives shows the real teens behind the statistics or political slogans. The film won twice at the Festival des Libertés in Brussels , with both the Grand Prix and the RTBF prize.
